During farming all water is filtered for safety, removing bacteria and viruses before being mixed with our nutrients. Our water usage is minimized with a recirculating nutrient system for conservation – in fact we use 80-90% less water than soil based farming.

In aeroponic farming roots are in the air and nurtured with a nutrient mist.  We enable a faster growth rate with increased root oxygenation and efficient nutrient absorption.  Meanwhile our seeds are sourced from global aggregators and cooperatives, and we continually seek out new interesting varieties to let customers explore new flavours.
